- Translate business goals into effective data strategies and actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Structure and manage databases to efficiently support strategic reporting needs.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including Retail, Sales, CRM, and GTM in order to identify and implement data-driven improvements.

- Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and consistency across all platforms.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders and senior management.

- Continuously stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in analytics and data science.

経験・スキル

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, including at least 2 years in a leadership or project management capacity

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical and statistical tools

- Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights

- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable results

- Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) and business-level English

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

- Understanding of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics

- Strong business acumen, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry
