■Position Summary
This role is focused on eliminating barriers to achieving annual revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage and proactive order management. You will be responsible for working with distributors, customers, Business Units, and internal teams to meet these objectives and ensure seamless business flow.

■Responsibilities
・Optimize supply chain and enhance customer satisfaction
・Use market intelligence for forecasting and anticipating disruptions
・Analyze supply/demand and optimize internal/external processes
・Monitor backlog vs. shipment variances and report findings
・Build strong relationships with the supply chain community
・Identify and implement process efficiency improvements

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
・Japanese language skills: Business level or higher
・English language skills: Minimum TOEIC 850,
fluent communication skills (meetings, email, etc.)
・Motivated self-starter capable of multi-tasking and establishing priorities
・Ability to team and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team
・Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
