- Drive adoption of tools such as AI/GenAI, automation, Salesforce, ERP, and data & analytics platforms across teams.
- Contribute to the development of a Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) to promote best practices and collaboration.
- Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to design and deliver effective solutions.
- Support organizational change initiatives through training, communication, and engagement activities.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in healthcare and IT.
