- Continuously track the latest research progress of large language models, including pre-training, fine-tuning, instruction fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and multimodal large models.

- Actively explore the application of large language models to various application systems, such as AI agent, search, recommendation, and compliance use cases.

- Collaborate with the engineering and product development team to improve the efficiency and scalability of large model training and LLM powered services.

- Publish research results in top academic conferences to expand the team’s and company’s influence in the technical community.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- Ph.D. or Master’s degree with top-tier AI conference publications in ML/NLP/CV.
- Excellent coding skills, knowledge of data structures and fundamental algorithms, and proficiency in C/C++ or Python.
- Winners of competitions such as ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Topcoder, Kaggle, etc., are preferred.
- 3+ years of research or development experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
