The Organizational Change Senior Manager will work with the Business Transformation Head to lead the design and execution of change management strategies for various transformation initiatives.

This role involves a close partnership with senior leaders and project teams to identify change risks, develop targeted interventions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure successful adoption and sustained impact of these initiatives.

■Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support transformation initiatives, including identifying risks and defining success metrics.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through clear communication plans and feedback loops to ensure alignment and commitment to change initiatives.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments and design targeted interventions, such as coaching and workshops, to drive behavioral change and embed new processes.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to assess training needs and deliver impactful training programs that empower leaders and managers as change champions.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of change efforts by using data analytics, monitoring adoption rates, and providing regular progress reports to senior leadership.

経験・スキル

■Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in change management with a proven track record of leading complex transformation projects.
- An understanding of change management principles and methodologies, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence results and manage stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
