■Position Summary
As a key player, you will enable a collaborative and efficient IBP (S&OP and S&OE) process across the Japan Executive team and multi-functional departments. This role is crucial for providing meaningful insights to facilitate optimal decision-making for business growth.

■Responsibilities
・Championing end-to-end corporate IBP & S&OE cycle execution
・Embedding cross-functional commercial/operational strategy alignment
・Leading short/long-term SKU demand forecasting
・Driving forecast accuracy collaboration with Market teams
・Overseeing monthly governance and corrective actions
・Pioneering innovative forecasting technologies

・Proven experience in consumer goods supply chain planning & demand forecasting
・Proven IBP & demand planning process design/implementation

・ERP/supply chain data platform mastery
・Expertise in demand forecasting/IBP operations
・Team management experience
・Demand planning tools (SAP APO/OMP preferred)
