■Role & Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of shaping brand identity and strategy, overseeing all aspects of brand planning and execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels. You’ll develop and implement innovative brand strategies that resonate with target audiences, driving brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales growth. You’ll analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and ensure the brand remains relevant and appealing.

■Main tasks include
・Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
・Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
・Create and manage brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
・Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop engaging brand campaigns and content.
・Monitor brand performance and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
・Manage brand budgets and resources effectively.

経験・スキル

■Who You Are:
・4+ years of inventory management or financial planning experience required.
・Four year college degree or equivalent required.
・Business level of English and Japanese required (both Written and Verbal).
・Ability to travel domestically
