[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be the key consultant responsible for managing and executing the full lifecycle of a large-scale SAP upgrade project. You will work independently, liaising directly with stakeholders in India and Singapore, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the upgraded system. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact on a global organization.

[Main tasks include]
- Lead the conduct of fit-gap analysis between current and future state SAP systems.
- Develop detailed requirements specifications for the SAP upgrade project.
- Oversee the technical implementation of the SAP upgrade, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the upgraded system.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- Experience in SAP projects, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Expert knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems, including upgrade processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (business level fluency required).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a global team.
- Experience working with international teams across different time zones.
- Experience with FICO/SD/MM modules is highly desirable.
