■Role & Responsibilities
You will build and lead the Performance Management function, empowering a team of specialists to deliver impactful BI solutions and drive sales force excellence. You'll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, gathering business needs, producing high-quality insights, and ensuring data integrity. You'll guide your team in developing dashboards, visualizing key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights for strategic planning.

■Main tasks include
- Lead the Performance Management function, including BI & Data, and Field Force Excellence teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational performance across departments.
- Manage the development and operation of dashboards visualizing key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce actionable insights.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.
- Plan and organize training and support for end-users of BI tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms.
- Coach and mentor the Field Force Excellence Lead on sales strategies and analysis.

経験・スキル

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Field Force Performance analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Basic understanding of database management, data warehousing, and data governance concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience and people management skills.
