- Provide technical support to end-users for various IT issues, including personal computers, mobile devices, video conferencing systems, and network/server problems.

- Support IT asset management processes in accordance with established company policies and IT standards.

- Offer IT assistance for the main office and numerous retail locations, and aid executives with hardware and software setup.

- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams, ensuring detailed logs are provided for efficient resolution.

- Maintain comprehensive IT asset inventory, system diagrams, and documentation of software and hardware dependencies.

- Liaise with IT vendors, managing communication, support, and procurement activities.

- Provide IT support for offsite events, conferences, and remote work setups as required.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties to execute IT projects.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of IT education, experience, and certifications.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in an IT organization, preferably within a global environment, with a focus on supporting Microsoft platforms.

- Experience in supporting an IT environment with over 50 users.

- Strong communication skills in Japanese are essential, with English proficiency being an advantage.

- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting PC/Mac hardware, video conferencing systems, Microsoft 365, VPNs, Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as InTune, and Active Directory.

- Experience supporting Apple and other mobile devices (iOS/Android).
