In 2025, a major global telecommunications company has officially launched a project to build a generative AI platform for domestic enterprises through an exclusive collaboration with OpenAI. This initiative aims to be the first in Japan to commercialize core AI technologies, such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agent Frameworks, and LLM integration by developing and deploying generative AI architectures tailored for enterprise clients.

Currently, the technical division is in its early stages, operating as a small, elite team with a long-term vision of becoming a fully established business unit. We are now seeking engineers who are eager to join this dynamic 0→1 phase. This is a rare and valuable opportunity to be directly involved in deep technical collaboration with OpenAI.

経験・スキル

Requirements:
- Team-based software development experience
- 3+ years of backend development experience using Python or Node.js
- Experience building backend systems leveraging OpenAI GPT or other generative AI
- Implementation experience with AI Agent frameworks (OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, - AutoGen, etc.)
- Design of RAG pipelines (using Vector DBs such as Pinecone or Weaviate)
- Proficiency with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Experience working in Linux/UNIX environments
- Conversational Japanese
