■Role
The Clinical Project Management Director/Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of clinical trials, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include strategic planning, risk management, and communication with stakeholders across various departments and geographical locations. This role is also instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the advancement of critical medical technologies.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
・Manage cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory, and clinical operations.
・Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
・Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting.
・Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
・Contribute to the strategic direction of the clinical development program.

■Requirements
・Extensive experience in clinical project management within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
・Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex clinical trials.
・Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
・Business level or above proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field; advanced degree preferred.
・Experience working in Japan is preferred.
