■Position Overview
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process of bio-derived products. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This position is empowered to make a real difference in the quality and safety of medical devices.

■Responsibilities
・Develop and implement quality control procedures for bio-derived products.
・Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
・Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
・Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory teams.
・Maintain accurate records and documentation.
・Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
・Proven experience in quality control within a medical device manufacturing environment.
・Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485).
・Experience with bio-derived products preferred.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
・Proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese.
・Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP).
・Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
