■Responsibilities
・Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
・Manage budgets and timelines for assigned projects.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory, and operations.
・Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations.
・Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
・Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical project management within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
・Proven track record of successfully managing multiple clinical trials simultaneously.
・Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and regulatory requirements.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
・Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation.
・Proficiency in project management software and tools.
・Business level or above proficiency in Japanese and English.
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
・Experience with global clinical trials is highly desirable.
・Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
