■About the company
Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company with a strong commitment to innovation and patient care. Their Japan subsidiary is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Evaluation & Analysis Lead to contribute to their continued success in the Japanese market.

■Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to evaluate new assets and inform critical investment decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Japan and globally, leading market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to maximize the long-term potential of new products. You’ll leverage your expertise to influence key stakeholders and shape the future direction of the company's portfolio.

■Main tasks include
- Develop accurate long-range revenue and expense forecasts for pipeline assets and business development projects.
- Lead the creation of data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic plans to maximize the potential of development compounds.
- Investigate and identify key stakeholder needs (payers, market access customers, healthcare professionals, and patients).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (global CSI, Global Value and Access, Global Medicine Team, MA, DJ, Therapeutic Area (TA), H&V, P&PA, IP and BAI).
- Lead market development initiatives, maximizing the long-term potential of new products.
- Present information and recommendations to senior management to secure endorsements for strategic initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and team resources effectively.
- Contribute to team improvements and foster a collaborative work environment.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
- Extensive experience in market research and data analysis within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Strong understanding of health policy, health systems, access, pricing, and reimbursement systems in Japan.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Proven ability to design market research studies and develop strategic plans.
- Experience in interacting with and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience in oncology product assessment (hematology oncology preferred).
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Experience in new product planning and analysis is essential.
- Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role.
