• Receive orders from the customers, to handle orders accordingly to take into SAP system with delivery and pricing info accurately.
• Correspond requirements from the customers about deliveries and timelines of orders.
• Issue related documents, such as Order Confirmation, Delivery notes, Invoice or Credit notes. 
• Closer working with Purchasers, Sales, Application Specialists and Services
• Communicate with Logi and the warehouse for stock management and delivery goods.
• Handle the claim for orders and deliveries, and also return goods
• Handle the data report of responsible orders related.
• Make improvement our process to join the internally projects 

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・3-5 years’ working experience in order processing or customer service dept.
・Any ERP or SD (Sales and Distribution) system experience. SAP user could be advantaged.
・Language:  Fluent Japanese and English (casual conversation level is enough, to take internal communication for MS team meetings.)

高等学校卒業以上
