■Role & Responsibilities
As a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering and enhancing immersive machine learning experiences for clients. You'll collaborate closely with customers, guiding them through the application of AI/ML to solve real-world business challenges. You will design and deliver engaging learning content, identify and work with G ML experts, and continuously improve the program based on client feedback and industry advancements. This role offers a unique blend of client interaction, technical expertise, and continuous learning within a highly collaborative environment.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the design and delivery of engaging and impactful machine learning curriculum for clients.
・Develop and maintain cutting-edge AI/ML content for the Advanced Solutions Lab.
・Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client success.
・Identify and engage company ML experts to support various program sessions.
・Continuously improve the curriculum and program offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
・5+ years of experience building and deploying ML models using TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
・2+ years of experience in a cloud environment (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
・Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
・Fluent in both Japanese and English.
・Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
・Experience in client-facing technical consulting or training is highly desirable.
・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
・Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.
