Overseeing the business management and disclosure of new projects within a global fin-tech company. You'll be responsible for:

• Monitoring business performance against financial forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handling quarterly and timely disclosure procedures related to project performance.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviewing and improving operational processes for efficiency and sophistication.

• Depending on your skills and career goals, you may also be involved in business promotion and business development. As the first person in this specific role within the Business Development Office, you'll also have the opportunity to help build out the team and related organizational structures.

Required Skills:
• At least 3 years of work experience in financial institutions, business management, or consulting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience monitoring customer financial information.
• Knowledge and interest in Web3, crypto assets, and blockchain.
• Experience in business design and operational improvement.
• Understanding of compliance, including legal and corporate ethics.
• Data analysis and verification skills.
• Team management experience.
• Strong motivation for this role.
