■Role & Responsibilities
As a CT Image Quality / Algorithm Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CT imaging. You will lead the design and development of innovative image quality improvements and reconstruction algorithms, leveraging your expertise in AI and deep learning. You will collaborate with a global team of experts, contributing to the creation of state-of-the-art solutions that directly impact patient care.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the design and development of novel CT image quality enhancements and reconstruction algorithms.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, software developers, and clinical experts.
・Utilize AI and Deep Learning technologies to improve CT image quality and diagnostic capabilities.
・Drive the definition of CT image quality requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
・Investigate and implement advanced CT and imaging technologies.
・Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
・5+ years of experience in medical image processing or algorithm development.
・Proven experience in developing and implementing image reconstruction algorithms for CT systems.
・Expert knowledge of AI and Deep Learning techniques applied to medical imaging.
・Strong understanding of medical imaging principles and clinical applications.
・Experience with relevant software development tools and programming languages (e.g., C++, Python).
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
・Fluency in English is required.
・Experience working in the medical device industry is preferred.
・Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements is a plus.
