■Role & Responsibilities
As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind generating sales of service contracts and other services within your assigned territory. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. You'll leverage your sales expertise to uncover client needs, develop tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets.

■Main tasks include
・Achieve annual sales targets by promoting service products and fostering strong customer relationships.
・Develop and execute effective customer contact plans, meticulously documenting activities in Salesforce.
・Utilize sales techniques to understand client needs, decision-making processes, budget, and timelines.
・Collaborate with application engineers to create customized solutions, performing risk analysis and front-end reviews.
・Construct and deliver compelling quotes that highlight the value proposition and differentiate our offerings.
・Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams through various channels (face-to-face, phone, email).
・Accurately forecast sales volumes and report progress to sales management via SFDC.
・Maintain expense reports within budget.
・Provide updates on competitive landscapes and market trends to support marketing initiatives.

経験・スキル
■Requirements
・Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the technology industry.
・Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
・Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
・Proficient in using various communication techniques to build rapport with clients.
・Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
・Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in closing deals.
・Excellent organizational and time management skills.
・Ability to travel domestically up to 70% of the time.
・Valid driver's license and ability to obtain automobile/liability coverage.
・Proficiency in English and Japanese.
