Role & Responsibilities
As a Patient Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing patient engagement strategies. You will build strong relationships with patients and patient advocacy groups, gathering crucial insights to inform product development and enhance patient support programs. You'll be a key voice representing patient perspectives across various departments, fostering a patient-centric culture within the organization. You will proactively identify and collaborate with patients and patient groups, ensuring their perspectives are integrated into company initiatives.

Main tasks include
- Develop and implement patient engagement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and patient advocacy groups.
- Gather patient insights to inform product development and improve patient support programs.
- Represent patient perspectives across various departments, fostering a patient-centric culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient needs are met.
- Contribute to the development of patient-centric materials and campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, communications, science).
- Experience in patient advocacy, patient engagement, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients and patient advocacy groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing patient engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
