Your Role:
User Champion: Provide top-notch user support, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests promptly.

Infrastructure Guardian: Monitor and manage IT infrastructure for optimal performance and security.

Application Expert: Support and maintain local applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Collaborative Partner: Work with application owners and developers to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Project Contributor: Collaborate on IT projects and policy implementation.

Knowledge Sharer: Document technical solutions and provide user training.

Process Improver: Assist in developing IT policies and best practices.

Business System Support: Provide operational support for business systems, like sales slip log checks and recovery procedures.

What You Bring:
Required:

College graduate or above.
2+ years of IT help desk experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Team player and self-motivated.


Preferred:
IT Professional Certification.
English language proficiency or a desire to learn.
Extensive knowledge of IT (software, hardware, services).
Passion for IT and staying up-to-date with new technologies.
