■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
You will be the driving force behind new client acquisition in Japan, developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional value to clients and contribute to the company’s continued success.

■Main tasks include
・Achieve and exceed sales goals, securing new clients in the Japanese pharmaceutical market.
・Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate key accounts.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize lifetime value.
・Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop and execute effective campaigns.
・Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
・Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

こんな方を求めています
経験・スキル
■Requirements
・Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
・Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on new client acquisition.
・Fluent in Japanese and Business-level English.
・Strong understanding of the Japanese pharmaceutical market and its key players.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
・Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
・Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
・Experience selling data/intelligence or consulting solutions is a plus.
