■Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies for novel products, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches. You'll work closely with global and local teams, leveraging your expertise to navigate the complexities of the Japanese healthcare system.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the development and implementation of market access strategies for new products.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare providers, and payers.
・Develop and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies.
・Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
・Influence reimbursement appraisal through academic association engagement.
・Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・8+ years of relevant experience in market access, pricing, or reimbursement within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in Japan.
・Proven track record of successful product launches in the Japanese market.
・Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare system and regulatory landscape.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
・Experience working in cross-functional teams.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
・Experience with oncology or infectious disease products is a plus.
・Experience with governmental affairs is a plus.
・Experience with HEOR studies is a plus.
