[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our Tableau Server infrastructure. You’ll provide technical support to users, ensuring seamless access and optimal performance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Tableau with data pipelines and business processes, playing a key role in shaping our data-driven future. This role offers a chance to leverage your expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment.

[Main tasks include]
- Install, upgrade, and maintain Tableau Server environments.
- Manage user access and permissions within the Tableau ecosystem.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Tableau users.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users on effective Tableau usage.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business teams.
- Generate reports and KPIs on server usage and performance.
- Plan for future capacity and scalability of Tableau Server.
- Implement new Tableau features and functionalities.

- Proven experience in Tableau Server administration and management.
- Expert knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Strong SQL skills for database querying and performance optimization.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., GCP) is a plus.
