■About the company
Our client is a global medical device company listed on the NASDAQ, revolutionizing the dental industry with advanced technology. They foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation and are dedicated to improving dental practices through digital solutions.

■Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in transforming dental practices with innovative solutions. You will partner with dental labs and distributors, selling directly to general dentists and specialists. Your mission will be to educate customers, increase treatment acceptance, and digitize lab workflows, making restorations easier and faster.

■Main tasks include
・Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals through effective sales strategies.
・Identify and develop high-level strategic customer relationships, fostering loyalty and expanding business opportunities.
・Plan, organize, and administer laboratory selling efforts, translating business strategies into clear tactics.
・Build relationships with distribution partner teams and local key experts to expand market reach.
・Develop a deep understanding of lab and iTero digital workflows, becoming the go-to subject matter expert.
・Partner with industry influencers to build and execute territory business plans, gaining access to new clients.
・Understand customer needs and provide the right iTero portfolio product options to meet their practice goals.
・Grow the business by acquiring new accounts and maintaining a robust capital pipeline.

経験・スキル
■Requirements
・Must have a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales and business development experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
・Must have experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, or other relevant B2B solutions.
・Must have strong knowledge of restorative dental procedures, clinical practices, and laboratory processes.
・Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
・Experience in developing and executing territory business plans.
・Proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
・Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
