Job Description :
End User computing provides level 2 and front-line IT support for staff. They are responsible for initial configuration and managing the mobile devices, desktops/laptops and peripheral devices. Provide onsite hands & feet support to assist external agencies with re-establishing failed connections to critical infrastructure. Maintain asset register for all support IT equipment being onboarded and retired. Assist new staff being onboarded with their devices, system accesses and IT process knowledge transfer. Provide site coordination and vendor support for new technology deployments.
Position responsibilities: (Duties that must be performed on a regular basis)
• Manage End User – Tickets (Complaints and service request for IT support) with SLA.
• Act as the level-2 point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees
• Act as local site contact for remote support on technical issues related to network and server interruptions.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
• Attend on-site or remote user tickets at site to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
• Configure and deploy new technology on-site as per guidelines.
• Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
• Assist IT leads in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
• Record and file documentation pertaining to Site details and Asset information.
• Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
• Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with company's Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
• Uphold the company's values and, within the Corporate IT Framework and Standards, contribute to company vision and success

- Experience:
• IT Desktop / Laptop support
• 5+ experience in IT Support Desk systems (Service desk or On-site IT Support)
• Prior experience working with outsourced and offshore teams - 学歴
