Your Mission:

System Analysis: Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with global teams to standardize and prioritize solutions.

IT Project Management: Lead IT projects, develop plans, execute with quality, and ensure compliance with GMP and corporate standards.
Computer Systems Management: Ensure stable system operation, resolve incidents, and facilitate periodic reviews.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience: 5+ years of IT experience, including project management and vendor management.
Expertise: Knowledge of operating in a regulated environment and computer system validation.
Language Skills: Business level English or higher, and introductory level Japanese or higher.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Leadership: A proactive mindset and the ability to identify digitalization opportunities.
Agile Mindset: Embrace change and adapt to evolving priorities.
Technical Prowess: MES knowledge, IT/OT automation experience (desirable).
