■Role & Responsibilities
As an Innovation Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation within the company's Japanese operations. You'll spearhead the identification and collaboration with external partners – from startups to large corporations and government agencies – to develop cutting-edge solutions to critical healthcare challenges. You will play a key role in designing business schemes and governance models for innovation initiatives, leading projects from conception to successful completion, and managing stakeholder expectations across multiple functions.

■Main tasks include
- Identify and evaluate promising technologies and partners to address key unmet needs within the healthcare sector.
- Develop and implement innovative business strategies and governance frameworks for innovation projects.
- Lead the planning and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

経験・スキル

■ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in new business development, strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successful project management, preferably involving significant budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex scientific and business concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
