■About the Company

■Role & Responsibilities
As Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind the brand's success in Japan. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels, managing a team to deliver impactful campaigns and build lasting customer relationships. You will oversee all aspects of the marketing mix, including media strategy, digital marketing, PR, and retail marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with Italy HQ to ensure alignment with the global brand strategy, fostering strong collaborative relationships.

■Main tasks include
・Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand brand awareness and customer loyalty.
・Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
・Manage the marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
・Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Japan and Italy.
・Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
・Oversee the creation and execution of compelling marketing content.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
・10+ years of marketing experience in the luxury fashion or retail industry.
・5+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 3 or more.
・Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
・Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English.
・High aesthetic sense and a keen understanding of luxury brand marketing.
・Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
