■Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing relationships with external manufacturing partners, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of contracts and projects. You’ll leverage your expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing to optimize production flows, resolve production challenges, and continuously improve processes. You will provide strategic direction, managing the product portfolio and navigating a complex, multi-national, matrix organization. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company’s success.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the relationship management with external manufacturing partners.
・Manage the implementation of new production flows and optimize existing ones.
・Oversee the execution of contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
・Manage production capacity to meet customer demands.
・Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of products.
・Monitor partner performance against KPIs, and identify and implement improvements.
・Lead tech transfer projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
・Collaborate effectively across departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
・Cultivate strong HSE practices and awareness within the team and partners.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Scientific background (Pharmacist, Scientist, Engineer etc.)
・Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/ biologics industry, with experience in vaccines preferred.
・Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing of DP/DS or manufacturing support departments (e.g., MSAT, Quality).
・Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-functional teams.
・Experience in cGMP environment, contract management, and continuous improvement principles.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
