■Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the demand and supply strategy for Japan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will lead a team of forecasting professionals, providing guidance and fostering a high-performing culture. You'll also play a key role in new product introductions, supply chain risk management, and driving launch excellence across therapy areas. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the success of this global pharmaceutical organization in Japan.

■Main tasks include
・Establish demand forecasting and supply strategies for Japan assets.
・Support Commercial and Market Supply Chain leads in achieving supply chain ambitions.
・Drive launch excellence for key new product introductions.
・Lead supply chain risk management and compliance initiatives.
・Manage and develop a high-performing team of demand forecasting professionals.
・Identify and implement solutions for supply chain constraints.
・Manage product lifecycle across all brands.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・10+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, sales, marketing, or finance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
・Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams across multiple geographies.
・Expert knowledge of demand forecasting methodologies and statistical modeling.
・Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, regulatory constraints, and logistics.
・Experience in project implementation and successful completion of projects within tight timelines.
・Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
・University degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Business, Economics, Math, Engineering).
・Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese is required.
