■Role & Responsibilities
As a Staff Android Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing native Android applications for in-vehicle systems. You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers across platforms to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will lead the technical direction for Android projects and will have the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects, like implementing custom Bluetooth profiles to seamlessly integrate smartphones with cars and motorcycles.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the integration of in-vehicle hardware products into Android applications.
・Develop and implement robust and maintainable Android code using Kotlin and Jetpack libraries.
・Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance user experience.
・Develop prototypes and concept apps to explore new possibilities.
・Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, ensuring high-quality software.
・Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in Android application development, with demonstrable leadership experience.
・Expert knowledge of Kotlin and Android frameworks (Jetpack).
・Strong experience with asynchronous programming, multi-threading, dependency injection, and reflection.
・Experience building consumer-facing Android apps.
・Business-level English communication skills.
・A passion for creating innovative and user-friendly applications.
