Japanese Global Video Gaming Company & Interactive Entertainment Company Seeking Corporate Planning Staff.

Global Company with offices in Japan, US, Europe, Middle east and Asia looking to hire multiple people with experience in Corporate Planning & Corporate Strategy.

About role:
- Budget 6M to 10M (based on experience and current level - Negotiable)
- Job location: Tokyo
- Full time work from office.
- International work culture.
- Flat organization and career development.

Content:
- Formulation and management of corporate and business strategies, mid-term management plans and annual budgets.
- Budget performance management, analysis and reporting to management.
- Management of management indicators and KPIs and issue extraction.
- Business and industry analysis for strategy and plan formulation and reporting.
- Promotion of important projects and PM.
- Perform the above duties as a business controller, including management of overseas subsidiaries.

Required qualifications:
- Experience in corporate planning or consulting (3 years or equivalent experience)
- Japanese Fluency

Preferred qualifications:
- English proficiency (business level or above)
