■Role & Responsibilities
As the CRM and Client Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships across multiple channels (online, offline, and customer center). You will be responsible for aligning client objectives with local market strategies and empowering teams to achieve business goals. You will develop and implement omni-channel strategies to maximize the impact of digital initiatives on driving overall sales, improve CRM data capture and quality, and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve success. You will interact with Swiss headquarters, local teams, retail partners, and external suppliers to execute projects and enhance CRM performance.

■Main tasks include
・Develop and implement CRM strategies across all channels.
・Set and monitor CRM KPIs (data quality, client share).
・Improve client satisfaction across all channels.
・Support local Customer Relationship Center (CRC) team performance.
・Enhance client engagement with omni-channel strategies.
・Develop action plans to increase client lifetime value.
・Support local event/retail teams with communication plans.
・Solve technical issues related to CRM tools and data.
・Ensure compliance with local client rules and legislation.

■Requirements
・Proven experience in clienteling within a luxury retail or similar environment.
・Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
・Excellent communication skills in English (business level proficiency required).
・Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
・Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (a plus).
