■Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in prototype and pre-series vehicle operation within the Whole Vehicle & Approval Testing department. You will play a key role in securing on-time vehicle releases by managing testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing operational processes. You'll be a key player in coordinating resources, collaborating with suppliers, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.

■Main tasks include
・Coordinate and manage test vehicles and prototypes, including maintenance, repair, and parts replacement.
・Monitor daily workshop operations, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
・Manage parts ordering and shipping to and from various locations.
・Organize vehicle service inspections and maintenance.
・Support infrastructure improvements at testing facilities.
・Ensure on-time task completion for time-sensitive projects.
・Oversee driving safety initiatives and dangerous goods handling.
・Optimize Group brand's Whole Vehicle validation IT systems and digitize processes.
・Establish efficient workflows for ticket creation and follow-up.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Vocational training, Technician certification, technical Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
・3+ years of relevant experience in vehicle testing or a related field.
・Business-level English (including conversational fluency); basic Japanese is a plus.
・Proven organizational skills and experience in developing operational processes.
・Knowledge of whole vehicle systems.
Strong communication skills with colleagues and suppliers.
・Experience with problem management and issue resolution.
・Knowledge of validation testing strategies and complaint/ticket handling is advantageous.
