【Position Overview】 As the Business Leader, you will drive the growth of the HPM portfolio in Japan, developing and executing the Go-To-Market strategy for products, solutions, and services. Leading the sales and marketing teams, you will manage new product launches, enhance customer satisfaction, and take ownership of the division’s commercial success.

【Job Responsibilities】
・Manage P&L for the HPM portfolio, optimizing profitability.
・Collaborate with Japan’s leadership to ensure alignment of strategic plans.
・Drive sales growth by utilizing both direct and indirect sales channels.
・Lead HPM sales, marketing, and clinical teams, supporting strategic marketing planning aligned with local insights.
・Understand market dynamics and deliver competitive sales propositions tailored to local needs, enhancing customer satisfaction.
・Implement BMC plans in Japan, reinforcing integration with functional leaders.

経験・スキル

・Has a broad knowledge of products and services within the scope
・Complete knowledge and understanding of the Marketing processes
・Leads a cooperative effort among members of multifunctional teams
・Strong experience in marketing technology, in consumer / healthcare domains, incl.
creating customized value propositions to customers
・Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industry experience
・Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions
・People Management Experience
・Business level language skill both in English and Japanese is must
・Certified LEAN Advanced
