Position: Field Service Engineer

The role involves the installation, inspection, and repair of radiation devices, such as mammography and bone densitometers, at customer sites. Responsibilities include explaining product maintenance contracts, proposing and negotiating new or renewal contracts, and staying updated on new technologies and repair procedures for the products.

Responsibilities:
● Perform installation, inspection, and repair of radiation devices, including mammography and bone densitometers, at customer locations.
● Communicate and explain product maintenance contracts to customers.
● Propose and negotiate terms for new or renewal contracts.
● Stay updated on new technologies, product information, and repair procedures.

経験・スキル

Skills & Experiences:

● Experience as an engineer in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields.
● Mandatory experience in repairing medical radiation devices.
● Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
● Preferred: Certified Medical Device Repair Technician.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
● Excellent teamwork skills, with respect for others.
● Positive, flexible, and adaptable in dealing with uncertainty.
● Quick learner of new technologies.
● Proficient in reading and writing English.
● Willingness to travel for business within Japan.
