Data Analyst Manager (Program Management)

is seeking a Data Analyst Manager (Program Management) to work on NLP, LLM and GEN-AI projects with huge amounts of Data to improve Customer Success Operations.

We are open to people from all Data Analysis backgrounds experienced in Python. Experience in NLP, LLM and/or GEN-AI is most welcome too.

■ EXPERIENCE
• Experience in planning and operating data management (emphasis on data modelling)
• More than 3 years of experience in factor analysis from a statistical perspective using Python (at a level where data cleansing and name matching can be easily performed)
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools (emphasis on Power BI)

■NICE TO HAVE
• ***NLP / LLM/ GEN-AI experience
• Practical experience in data analysis using statistics/machine learning skills (emphasis on time-series forecasting)
• Practical experience with Azure OpenAI
• Collect data using web scraping, and build structured data (Python)
• Reporting automation
