１.　低・中分子またはバイオ医薬品（核酸、抗体等）の製造プロセスに関する研究開発と工業化検討
２．新薬承認申請に向けた品質管理戦略の立案、データ収集及びCTD等の作成
３．国内・海外製造所への技術移転および製造マネジメント
４．合成ルート探索や、フロー合成、連続生産等の新規技術開発（低・中分子）

B 化学工学を基礎とした医薬品製造プロセスの研究に関する職務
１． 医薬品・開発品の化学工学研究、製造プロセス開発および工業化検討
２． 粉体・流体シミュレーションやモデリングによるスケールアップ検討
３．連続生産等の新規技術開発および装置・設備設計
４．製造所への技術移転および生産立上

A Research on pharmaceutical manufacturing processes based on organic chemistry or bioengineering and cell engineering:
1. R&D of manufacturing processes for small to medium molecules or biopharmaceuticals (oligonucleotides, antibodies, etc.) and industrialization
2. Development of quality management strategies for NDA applications, and preparation of CTD and other documents
3. Technology transfer and manufacturing management to manufacturing sites
4. Development of new technologies such as synthetic route scouting, flow chemistry, continuous manufacturing, etc. (for small or medium molecules)

B Research on pharmaceutical manufacturing processes based on chemical engineering:
1. Chemical engineering research, process development, and industrialization for pharmaceuticals and developmental products
2. Scale-up considerations through DEM/CFD simulations and modeling
3. Development of new technologies such as continuous production and design of equipment and facilities
4. Technology transfer to manufacturing sites

経験・スキル

【必須条件】
１． 修士卒（薬学6年生含む）以上（理学、工学等の化学系または生物系関連分野の知識）
２． 医薬品原薬のプロセス開発における、3年以上の業務経験（化学工学職はファインケミカルも可）
３． 原薬GMPおよび原薬製造法開発に関する知識
４． 海外グループ会社および他社と英語でのコミュニケーションで業務を推進できる方

１． 社内外のプロジェクトを推進できるリーダーシップ
２． 業務上の課題解決に必要な論理的思考力およびビジネスフレームワーク
３． 化学合成原薬およびバイオ原薬両方の業務経験
４． 新規医薬品の技術移転、生産立上およびプロセスバリデーション
５． アカデミア・異業種企業との共同研究経験
６． CFD、DEM等を用いたシミュレーション、各種プログラミング（化学工学職）

【Essential criteria】
1. Master's degree or higher in a chemistry-related or biology-related field
2. At least 3 years of experience in process development of API (For chemical engineering, experienced person in fine chemicals is available.)
3. Knowledge of GMP and API manufacturing process development
4. Global communication skill to work with colleagues or other collaborators

【Desirable criteria】
Candidates with the following experience are especially welcome:
1. Strong leadership skills to drive internal and external projects
2. Logical thinking and business framework required for problem-solving in job-related tasks
3. Experience in both chemical synthesis APIs and biological APIs
4. Experience in technology transfer, production start-up, and process validation of new pharmaceutical products
5. Experience in collaborative research with academia or companies
6. Process simulation skills using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), DEM (Discrete Element Method), and various programming skills (For chemical engineering)
