Infrastructure Support (L3)
Tokyo Japan (Hybrid)

An International IT company with their own Product (Marketing Solutions) is seeking two people to join their IT Team.

These roles are internal TechSupport (L3), supporting the company employees in all matters related to the IT infrastructure (Servers and Network)

Responsibilities:

Enterprise support for local users

* Up to 80 % remote (once a week in the office)

Plan, design and document Server and NW changes
Escalations from the Global IT team (L2)
Stakeholder management in Japanese and Enlgish


Key requirements / Minimum qualifications

3+ years of L3 Support
Experience in Network and Servers
Experience supporting End Users in Japanese and English
Good communication skills
** Business Japanese, Business English **
