BACKGROUND
This is exciting opportunity to work for a premium luxury brands with a growth roadmap planned over the next 3 years.

looking for Internal IT Support Engineer to deal with on day to day basis ongoing Hands-on support of computers, networks, servers, cloud environments, IP Phone, iPhone, iPad, hardware and software both remotely and on-site for the Office and Store users.
The IT Retail Support Engineer will bear special responsibility for store support, ensuring the smooth operation of IT in the company's core business activities daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The support activities include hands on day to day activities, as well as managing system modification to meet the business needs and new system development. Responsibilities include but not limited to,
- Providing day to day support activities, with special focus on the stores
- Managing relationship with external IT & related service providers in Japan as well as counterparts of IT team in global HQ, Italy.
Network:
• Maintains and implements additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide in coordination with corporate leadership.
• Oversees the implementation of network security at the corporate level.
Telephony:
• Oversees the planning and management of telephone system and manages company-wide upgrade efforts for Office & stores.
Help Desk:
• Supervise the help desk to upgrade service level and support operations during stores business hours
Asset Management:
• Maintains the inventory of assets.
• Follow the purchase for stores and corporate IT equipment
IS Services:
• Manage all IS service support operation (incident, problem, change management,…)
• Be accountable for the stability and monitoring of the systems

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
• Experience in a combination of systems implementations and system operation support cross functionally by multilingual team with understandings of business practices in the retail/ apparel/ fashion.
• Experience in Windows & MS Office Applications support
• Strong communication and facilitation skill
• Must be energetic and detailed oriented person.
• Strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn
• Business level English
• The desire technical experiences/ knowledge are as below.
- SAP, POS
- Office365 - strong knowledge of applications, Microsoft Access
- Network - DNS / DHCP / TCP/IP, IP Phone
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Computer troubleshooting
- Workspace ONE
- Remote / on-site Support to end-users
- Printer Configuration and Set-Up
- Hardware / Software Inventory management
- PC, iPhone, iPad, PDT kitting. Experience providing internal IT Support
• Experiences / knowledge in the below area are plus
- Windows server administration, Active Directory

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree, certification or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of similar or related experience in Retail Industry
