In-house IT Support: Infrastructure Tech Support (L3)

Tokyo Japan (Hybrid)

An International IT company with its own Product (Marketing Solutions) is seeking an experienced Support Specialist (L3) to join their IT Team.

​

The role is internal TechSupport (L3), supporting the company employees as below:

​

Responsibilities:

Enterprise support for local users

* Up to 80 % remote (once a week in the office)

Networking
Server Administration and Server Applications
IT Practice Documentation
​

Key requirements / Minimum qualifications

3+ years of L3 Support
Experience in Server and Network Support
Experience supporting End Users in Japanese and English
Good communication skills
** Business Japanese, Business English **
​

Nice to have (not mandatory)

Familiarity with ANY of the following

Python, Powershell, or other scripting languages
AWS, Azure, GCP
​
