This role will be responsible for building and executing paid media across multiple platforms to drive incremental revenue, increase the number of active customers, and improve lifetime value.

-Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that drives incremental revenue with a primary focus on the acquisition and activation of new customers
-Build and scale new programs and initiatives that align with our overall marketing strategy and objectives
-Manage relationships with paid media agency and any key advertising partners, negotiate contracts and ensure effective execution of campaigns
-Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually optimize our paid media programs
-Communicate performance and optimization opportunities to stakeholders across our organization
-Develop campaign strategies and partner with the US growth operations team to execute upon email / CRM centric campaigns

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

-5+ years of experience managing and scaling paid media programs, preferably in the collectibles market
-Well rounded digital marketing background with a comfortability in standing up new programs and initiatives
-Demonstrated expertise in working in marketing automation tools and CRM marketing technology
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to work closely with marketing analytics and finance to objectively communicate and optimize performance
-Proven ability to develop and execute successful paid media and CRM strategies across various channels and platforms
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
