The Commercial Excellence Business Partner plays a critical role in clarifying our strategies for the transformation and driving cross functional alignment and collaboration to deliver success.

Key point of contact leading cross Commercial Excellence (CE) team communications and project delivery with Business Unit (BU)
・ Orchestrate across CE teams to ensure consistency of approach/ message to address BU needs
・ Lead CE team communications with BU
・ Support project management of critical CE initiatives in BU

Trusted partner to enable successful delivery of BU strategy and goals
・ Understand BU strategy and priorities
・ Validate/ enhance strategy leveraging analytics outcome, CE/ APAC Center of Excellence team insights
・ Provide project management support to critical BU initiatives

Enhance CE strategy and approach with BU insights and experiences
・ Work closely with CE teams to ensure CE initiatives/solutions aligns with BU needs/ priorities
・ Provide insights from BU perspective to define effective CE strategies/ priorities to drive BU performance

Promote company-wide commercial transformation and best practice sharing
・ Promote best practice sharing across BU
・ Initiate new ideas/ initiatives to continuous enhance commercialization model
・ The area of BU you will be in charge will be decided based on your experience and result of interview

コマーシャル・エクセレンス（ CE ）チーム間のコミュニケーションとビジネスユニット（ BU ）とのプロジェクトデリバリーをリードする主要なコンタクトポイントを担当する
・ BUのニーズに対応するためのアプローチ/メッセージの一貫性を確保するため、CEチーム全体でオーケストレーションをする。
・ BUとのCEチームコミュニケーションをリードする
・ BU における重要な CE イニシアチブのプロジェクト管理をサポートする。

BU の戦略と目標を成功裏に実現するための信頼できるパートナーとしての役割を担う
・ BU の戦略と優先事項を理解する。
・ アナリティクス分析の結果、CE/ APAC Center of Excellence チームの見識を活用した戦略の検証/強化
・ 重要な BU イニシアチブへのプロジェクト管理サポートの提供

BU の洞察と経験を活用した CE 戦略とアプローチの強化
・ CE チームと緊密に連携し、CE のイニシアチブ／ソリューションが BU のニーズ／優先事項に合致するようにする。
・ BUの視点からインサイトを提供し、BUのパフォーマンスを促進する効果的なCE戦略/優先事項を定義する。

弊社全体のコマーシャル・トランスフォーメーションとベストプラクティスの共有を推進する。
・ BU 全体のベストプラクティスの共有を推進
・ 弊社の商業化モデルを継続的に強化するための新しいアイデア/イニシアチブを開始する。
・ 担当疾患エリアは、これまでの候補者のご経験及び面接の結果を加味して決定します。

経験・スキル

Capabilities:
・ Deep understanding of Pharma business and key factors to drive success
・ Strong strategic thinker
・ Fast learner
・ Ability to work with and influence a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
・ Strong project management skills
・ Good analytical acumen
・ Business Japanese/English

Experience:
・ Marketing/sales/strategy experience at BU is a plus
・ Project management/consulting experience a plus
