• Lead the sourcing, due diligence, and execution of investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and growth equity investments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, intermediaries, and potential investment targets to uncover new opportunities and access proprietary deal flow.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and valuation assessments to evaluate investment prospects and assess risk-return profiles.
• Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment strategies, structure transactions, and negotiate terms to optimize investment outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive growth, operational improvements, and value creation initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track key performance indicators, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure alignment with investment objectives and maximize investor returns.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management, investment committees, and investors, providing insights into investment opportunities and portfolio performance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes across target sectors.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Fluency written and verbal communication both in English and Japanese
