Job Description:
Lead editorial PR, develop, and manage relationship with celebrities/influencers for the brand activation in Japan

Job Responsibilities:
Editorial PR:
• Maintain key press placements in all titles for our brands
• Strong press and stylist relationships across the industry
• Work with stylists and editors to bring in new brand partnership opportunities
• Partner with media counterpart to ensure we are positioned amongst the right competitive set in all titles across
print and digital
Influencer:
• Local influencer relations (talent casting, product seeding and outreach)
• Local competitive analysis
• Sample management
• Content creation (via briefs or MK-hosted events)
• Project recapping
Celebrity/VIP:
• Create a roster of key talent (up and coming and well known) that would be the right brand fit for dressing opportunities, in store and event attendance opportunities and product seeding
• Local Product Placement: Strategy, Execution (focus: TV and MV)
• VIP Dressing: working with local stylists and management companies to keep MK top of mind for Japanese celebrities
• Casting: work with local film studios and record labels to monitor up-and-coming talent

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/or related discipline preferred
• 3+ years experiences in advertising agency, and/or marketing position preferably in a retail brand
• Experience of media buying and campaign execution
• Experience of sales promotion activities and customer events
• Collaborative and inclusive working style with all levels within an organization.
• Flexibility towards changes (new and ad-hoc tasks, environments, job process) and the skills in positively adapting
oneself to them
• Skills in conducting the tasks with initiatives towards the improvement of quality and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Business level of English (need to communicate with US HQ)
• Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
