SUMMARY of the ROLE:
- We are searching for a Senior Technology Architect to spearhead the overhaul of our fixed income business' technology platform. The role entails crafting a next-generation architecture capable of supporting global expansion for the next decade, leveraging cutting-edge technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expert-level leadership in designing and implementing system architectures tailored to the fixed income business domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system designs.
- Architect systems aligned with fixed income financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to support fixed income systems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Define integration strategies for seamless data exchange with internal and external systems, fostering interoperability.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a system architect in fixed income business, ideally in a senior capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of fixed income financial instruments, trading protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong technical proficiency in designing complex, scalable systems, with expertise in relevant programming languages.
- Proficiency in system integration methods, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, or FRTB is highly desired.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial systems development, particularly in fixed income.
- Fluency in Japanese and Business level English
