We are seeking experienced IT Support Engineers for the Retail operations in stores in Japan.

You will get to work in a dynamic workplace directly with the Global and Local IT teams for this Global Retail Leader.


The Role:

・ Systems/Infrastructure Support
・ Mobile Devices & Store Devices Support
・ Manage Japan helpdesk team
・ IT Asset Management and Operation Management to support the local stores.
・ Develop strong and trusting relationships with business, IT partners and US counterparts



Experience
・ 3+ years of of IT Infrastructure Support or Engineering
・ 3+ years of Linux/UNIX environment work experience

** Business Japanese (written documentation) and Conversational English
