1. MTM/VIP Business Development
• Host and attend MTM/VIP events, ensuring that the events are conducted to the highest standards; paying particular attention to the overall customer experience.
• Help grow MTM/VIP Business according to market strategy in order to achieve sales targets.
• Work with Retail team and CVM in defining target customer and product allocation for events.
• Help coordinate MTM Promoters and closely support their monthly action plans.
2. Gaisho Business Development
• Promote the Zegna Brand across the market. Seek opportunities and leverage our brand image to expand in new locations.
• Develop customer relations in collaboration with Gaisho with the goal of acquiring and retaining NEW Customers.
• Develop and host events with trade partners: department stores, partner companies, landlords.
• Analyze competitors' information in terms of business and customers' trends, pricing, promotions and special services.
3. VIP Clienteling and Trainings
• Grow VIP Clientele and develop strategies and actions pertaining to that target.
• Deliver MTM skill / service training to Store Managers and Store Associates to enhance MTM capability across the country on regular basis.
• Support service and product development and implement top-tier client treatments, experiences and gifting.
• Act as a link between *** Manager and MTM Promoters to communicate feedbacks, comments and suggestions as regards market needs.
• In partnership with *** Manager and Training Executive, co-creates a training strategy to ensure that all staff are able to communicate effectively MTM/VIP services.
4. Customer Service & Back Office
• Support in providing sales performance reports with *** & VIP BD Manager as well as weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Daily production support between shops and HQ Customer Service, productions and logistics to meet delivery date, order situation, order entry, handling of special projects.
• Help support the daily communications with the stores nationwide.
• Support MTM sales activities by facilitating shop operations such as order system, daily production support and business analysis.
